The Iowa High School Athletic Association has now officially released the schedules of local high school football teams.

All area teams will open with non-district contests, and all 11-player classes have five district games over the last five weeks of the season.

Unlike in seasons past, non-district wins and losses will count towards a team’s RPI, which will determine playoff teams up to 16 total beyond district champions.
