Stalking charges have been filed against a Knoxville man.
According to court documents, Justin Schlampp violated the terms of a no-contact order when he was spotted in the alley of a house he was court-ordered to avoid. Witnesses confronted Schlampp and called police, who arrested Schlampp upon discovery he was in violation of the no-contact order. Schlampp stated to police he was observing the petitioner of the no-contact order and her new boyfriend, and that she was unaware he was there. Schlampp was charged with stalking-protective order violation, a class D felony, and violation of a no-contact order. Schlampp was released on a $5,000 bond, and a trial date has been set for April 5th.
