The PCM boys’ golf team spoiled the Knoxville homecoming on Friday, as they squeaked by the Panthers for a triangular win at Pine Knolls Country Club.

PCM took care of business shooting a 165, while Knoxville had a 169, and Chariton finished with 189. The Mustangs were led by Dayton Boell and Noah Lanphier each carding a 40. Andrew Van Ryswyk managed a 42 and Jackson Thomas rounded out the scoring with a 43. Knoxville’s Tyler Vaske garnered meet medalist honors with a 36. Other Panther scoring include Cade McDonald with 39, Ryan Davis with 47, and Marcus Wilkins with 47.

Both squads get ready for round two, as both teams are back at Pine Knolls today along with area schools Pella and Pella Christian.
