Improvement was what Knoxville Girls Golf Coach Barry Smith was looking for in a tough triangular with Grinnell and Norwalk yesterday, and he got it from his team. While the Panthers finished third overall with a 245, Smith told KNIA/KRLS Amy Sullivan played a very good round carding a 50 to lead the team, which was her first career meet. Also getting a highlight yesterday was Maddi Graves holing a birdie on her third hole. Knoxville will be in a triangular at Moravia on Thursday.
