The Pella Christian girls soccer team continued their streak of success on the road by winning their sixth game away from Eagle Lane with a 1-nil shutout of Oskaloosa last night.
The 8-6 Eagles have been soaring lately with wins in four of the last five matches and are now sitting on a school record one goal allowed per game. Five of the seven Eagles shutouts have been road games and the #14 ranked Eagles will need it again on Thursday when they travel to #15 ranked Des Moines Christian on Thursday. The Lions are 10-2 in a season that started with a PK shootout the first game of the season on April 2nd on Pella Christian’s home field.
The all time series is 3-3 between programs.
