Maddy Findley got the winning RBI to propel the Knoxville Softball Squad to an 8-7 win in 8 innings last night. The Panthers were down 7-4 in the bottom of the 7th and tied it on Jada Agan’s 2 out 2 RBI single. This is the second straight extra inning game Knoxville has played in. Again earned the win going 5 innings allowing 4 hits, 3 runs, 1 walk, and 3 strike outs. Alex Griggs took time out from her state tennis preparation to swat three doubles and get 1 RBI. Knoxville is 1-2 and will open up South Central Conference play at home tonight against Eddyville-Blakesburg.
