Trailing big early, it didn’t take the PCM baseball team long to flip the script and put the hurt on East Marshall, as they won 19-8 in five innings.
The Mustangs of PCM trailed the Mustangs of East Marshall 6-0 after three innings. The offense exploded in a big way the next two frames with PCM scoring eight in the fourth and 11 in the fifth to put the game out of reach. PCM belted out 14 hits led by Preston Van Wyk going 3-for-5 with four RBI. Derek Brown cashed in on a 3-for-4 night with a pair of RBI.
The Mustangs improve to 2-0 and look for a perfect week tonight when they travel to face Roland-Story.
