The Knoxville Girls Soccer Squad outlasted P-C-M last night in Ken Locke Stadium 2-1. The Panthers took a two goal lead on goals from Tori Dye and Marley McKay before P-C-M’s Emma George made things interesting in the last five minutes of the match. Winning Coach Matt Ritchhart told KNIA/KRLS Sports his team is now competing and finishing matches. While in a losing cause, Bill Sowder told KNIA/KRLS Sports doing the fundamentals better is allowing his team to have a chance to score. Knoxville is now 5-6 on the on the season and equals last year’s win total.
