There was an air of anticipation going into the night at the Knoxville Raceway on Saturday. Would Brian Brown join is Uncle Danny Lasoski in the exclusive club of drivers who have won four straight A-Mains. Brown was .60 of the second from doing it on Saturday as he was beaten by Austin McCarl for the 410 A-Main. This was McCarl’s third win of the season and both had to battle lapped cars and ruts out of turn four. Brown did not go away empty handed, as he brought his 360 and won the A-Main with a late race pass when Matt Juhl had a mechanical issue. The 305s was won by local third generation driver Ryan Leavitt. He was able to win a dual with Devin Kline on a restart and pull away for the win. Next week the same triple header on National Sprint Car Hall of Fame Induction day.
