An expansion of the Pleasantville Clinic run by Knoxville Hospital and Clinics will go forward Thursday, as Peoples Bank donates their old location with a passing of the key presentation.

The celebration will be an open house in front of the Pleasantville Clinic and old bank space, with the street closed from 5-6pm, with a special presentation ceremony at 5:30. CEO of Knoxville Hospital and Clinics Kevin Kincaid tells KNIA/KRLS News he is grateful the two companies found a way to give expanded service to the residents of Pleasantville because where they were currently located in Pleasantville there wasn’t much room for expansion and with the location next to them opening up it was a perfect fit, all thanks to Peoples Bank. Peoples Bank donated the space to Knoxville Hospital and Clinics free of charge after they moved to their new location at 802 W Jasper St.
