The Twin Cedars Softball Squad fell for the first time in Bluegrass Conference play last night falling 5-0 to Moravia. Coach Zach Dunkin told KNIA/KRLS Sports five unearned runs for the MoHawks by the defense was the difference. The Sabers are 9-6 on the season which is six wins more than the Sabers had all last season. Dunkin says the younger girls who play softball year around have infused the team with a lot of confidence. Twin Cedars will travel to North Mahaska for an invitational. The Sabers will play the host Warhawks and Pleasantville today.
