The Pella Convention and Visitors Bureau says tourism in the community continues to grow.

After another record breaking year financially for Tulip Time in 2018, and record breaking attendance in 2017, Pella CVB Executive Director Jill Vandevoort tells KNIA/KRLS News the industry is expanding in the area, which provides many benefits locally.

Vandevoort says Hotel-Motel tax funds, which makes up the CVB’s annual budget, have grown each of the last five years as well, a sign that people not only come to enjoy Pella for a day, but for multiple nights.

The Pella Convention and Visitors Bureau’s Visitor Center is located on Franklin Street near Pella City Hall.
