The Pleasantville baseball team took a dip out of conference play on Wednesday to face off against Chariton and it was a quick night with the Trojans winning 12-2 in five innings.
The Trojans scored three times in every frame to put the Chargers away early. Cael Lester led the offense going 2-for-2 with a pair of RBI. Caleb Adreon added two hits and two runs scored. Grant Fouch got the win on the mound going all five innings giving up five hits on one earned run.
Pleasantville improves to 19-9 on the season and host Interstate 35 tonight.
