The Knoxville Baseball Squad needed an exclamation point to the South Central Conference season. The Panthers got it with an 11-0 win over Chariton last night, clinching a fourth straight South Central Conference championship. The Panthers scored three runs in the first inning and two in the second to take a commanding lead early on. Rylan Cox was efficient throwing 40 pitches in 4 1/3 innings allowing just two hits. Ben Wallace got the final five outs. R.J. Roberts was 2/3 with two R-B-Is and Colton Jones was also 2/3 with two stolen bases. Knoxville is now 21-11 and finishes the South Central Conference with a 16-2 record.
