The Pella City Council adopted a planned unit development (PUD) agreement for a unique row of housing proposed on the 400 block of Franklin Street.
A proposal from Larry DeVries was approved by council in February for a row of townhouses built in a unique, Dutch-inspired style, but DeVries instead now plans to build single family homes, still with many of the design concepts in place.
The following items were also approved:
Resolution to accept the Truman Road water main relocation project
Resolution to accept runway repairs at the municipal airport
An engineering services contract with Veenstra and Kimm for HVAC repairs at the Pella Police Department
