The Knoxville Chamber of Commerce held hospitality training sessions yesterday at the Grand Theater in Knoxville.
Sixty-five residents attended the sessions which were provided by Director of Patient Experience at Knoxville Hospital and Clinics Ginny Krichau. Krichau tells KNIA/KRLS News customers are more likely to come back if they have a pleasant experience because having loyal customers is a huge plus, and we have a lot to show off here in Knoxville so its helpful to provide as many tools as possible to help people stay positive even when its not easy. Krichau also said that the end goal of getting repeat customers and building the reputation of the city is to promote growth, and Knoxville is on the way to do that.
