The Top 10 countdown continues for Pella High School sports for 2017-18 with number nine.

A theme that will continue for many sports, making it to the state tournament was not a guarantee for the Pella boys tennis team in 2018 after an impressive senior class graduated following a Top 3 finish in 1A. However, Pella throttled Mt. Pleasant on May 19th in a 5-0 sweep, and advanced to the round of eight, only to lose to Maharshi 5-3 later that afternoon.

Pella’s Jordan Roozeboom and Carter Briggs and Colton Edwards all qualified for state as individuals as well.
