The Marion County Historical Society is hosting author Betty Brandt Passick for a book signing on her latest work, Gangster in our Midst.
Passick is also invited to talk about a famous murder case in Knoxville, and she tells KNIA/KRLS News the case in Knoxville was the first of its kind to use ballistic evidence to solve the murder of two sisters and Knoxville rose to national fame because of the case. The event will be held at the Methodist Activity Center at 308 E Robinson St. in Knoxville on September 17th beginning at 7pm.
