At policy and planning following regular business this week, the Pella City Council began extensively discussing a wide range of zoning issues.

City Administrator Mike Nardini tells KNIA/KRLS News numerous changes have recently been proposed by the council, city boards, and staff, especially relating to the Central Business District. Nardini says several additional work sessions will be scheduled moving forward to allow council to have lengthy dialogue to consider changes, which if they have support, will move to the city’s Planning and Zoning Commission.
