Melcher-Dallas girls runner J’Lyn Knutson grabbed another first place Thursday at the Eddyville-Blakesburg in a time of 19:39. Knutson gapped her closest competitor by a minute-14 seconds. On the boys side, Emery Sage came across in third place with a time of 17:06, just six seconds back of the runner up spot.
