The Pleasantville volleyball team’s regular season is a wrap and they now have time to recharge the batteries in preparation for the postseason next week.
Retroactive to Thursday, the Trojans have a 10-day layoff before they host the first two rounds of regional play next week. While the 3-18 Trojans didn’t have the regular season they had hoped for, head coach Joel Allman tells KNIA/KRLS Sports the postseason is a fresh start.
“Everybody is 0-0 now. Whatever happened in the past is the past and we can move on. We are going to have a good week of practice and get a lot of reps in to get prepared for next week.
On October 22nd the Trojans will will host the winner of Interstate-35 and Martensdale-St. Marys, which will be played tomorrow. Pleasantville defeated both opponents earlier in the year.
