The annual gala celebration for the Knoxville Hospital and Clinics Foundation will be a bit different this year; as the evening centers around a trivia contest.

Participants at the November 3rd formal event will be able to take part in a trivia challenge, testing their knowledge about a wide variety of subjects; organizers won’t say what those subjects are, so players should be ready for anything,

Katrina Nelson is director of the foundation; she tells KNIA/KRLS News the organizers each year look for a new angle, to make the event fun for everyone on hand.

“We try to come up with a fun type of entertainment every year for individuals, and so this year the committee decided to do Trivia Night,” Nelson says. “You can either come with a team already put together, or we can put you together with individuals that don’t have a team.”

The Trivia Night Gala will be held at the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame and Museum; social time is at 6:00 p.m. with the gala beginning at 7:00 p.m.

Tickets are $75 each, and they are only available through October 31st.
