Many area roadways remain tough to tackle this morning after a widespread snowfall in south central Iowa Saturday.
In Knoxville, approximately two inches fell, as it did in Indianola. Pella received approximately 1.25″ as well. Higher totals were reported south of Highway 92 throughout most of the region.
Marion County Road Department plows will be out at 6 a.m. Sunday morning after a tow ban was issued at 9:30 p.m. Saturday in the county.
