The PCM basketball teams resumes their season tonight traveling for a Heart of Iowa Conference matchup at South Hamilton.
The 3-6 Mustang girls face off with the 3-8 Hawks. PCM head coach Jeff Lindsay tells KRLS Sports despite their record South Hamilton is a much improved and dangerous team.
“South Hamilton is a program on the rise. They have some sharp shooters and high-energy players that provide a challenge for us. We need to get back to playing how I know we can in the second half of the season.”
In the boys’ game it’ll be a battle for positioning at the top of the conference. The Mustangs come in at 6-2 and the Hawks are 9-1 with their only loss coming to Gilbert.
The girls’ game gets underway at 6 p.m. tonight with the boys to follow at South Hamilton High School.
