The Marion County Board of Supervisors meeting will be moving to a bigger venue, in anticipation of a large crowd coming to address proposed changes in the Senior Nutrition Program.

The meeting will now be on Tuesday morning at 9:00 at the Marion County Public Health Building; it has a meeting room with much more capacity than the Board of Supervisors room at the Marion County Courthouse, and would be needed to handle the expected audience.

Senior citizens served through the nutrition program met shortly after the last Board of Supervisors meeting, and agreed to come in large numbers to get a better idea of what the new plan would entail and what kinds of costs are involved.
