Pella High School is in the process of hiring a new principal.

Eric Nelson elected to take early retirement, and four candidates have been selected to fill the role moving forward. The following are being considered with interviews:

Shane Ehresman – Lynnville-Sully
Kevin Seney – Grinnell
Angie Fransk – Kearney, NE
Adam Beckel – DSM Lincoln

The Pella School Board and Superintendent Greg Ebeling anticipate announcing the new leader of the building at Wednesday’s School Board meeting. A public interview session with two of the candidates will be held this evening at the Career Academy; the other two were interviewed last Thursday.
