In what was supposed to be a busy day of athletics for Pleasantville fans has turned into a cold and quiet night. Both the basketball and wrestling teams added one more cancellation to their long list the last couple weeks.

The basketball teams were set to face off with conference foe I-35 on the road while the wrestling team was supposed to travel to Martensdale-St. Marys for a quadrangular meet. The grapplers will try to be at their best Saturday for sectionals despite not having a competition in two weeks.
