The Pella City Council will begin to focus on what projects they’d like to see in the upcoming fiscal year budget at work sessions in February.

Assistant City Administrator Corey Goodenow tells KRLS News the council will hold two workshops on February 11th and 12th at 6 p.m. to discuss their plans for upcoming capital expenses, infrastructure improvements, and what projects they will account for in the year ahead. The council received several presentations about specific quality of life and infrastructure projects at work sessions and regular meetings since December.

The meetings are open to the public. After the workshops, the council will approve a final budget at their first meeting in March.
