Knoxville’s city budget for the coming fiscal year will be brought before the City Council at its meeting Monday night.

A presentation will be given to the council, and members will spend the next few weeks going over details; a public hearing and possible approval of the budget will take place at the February 18th meeting. The budget must be in to the state by March 15th.

The council will also review a proposed new schedule of fees for fire and rescue service; and there will be discussion and possible action concerning activities in the Senior Center.
