With the all-too-common occurrence of snow and cold days in January, the Pella School District will likely have class in session past Memorial Day.
Superintendent Greg Ebeling tells KRLS News they use an abundance of caution when it comes to delaying or calling off classes as it relates to winter weather. He says they are trying to make up additional hours throughout the current calendar, and they always build in extra hours beyond the required 1080.
