Gusty winds up to 40 mph will cause visibility issues and slick roads overnight, as well as frigid wind chills. A winter weather advisory continues until midnight, followed by a wind chill advisory through noon Friday. Wind chill values will dip to as low as 25 below zero in the region, and air temperatures will stay below zero through the late morning.
