The Pleasantville boys’ basketball team puts a bow on the regular season this evening when they travel to Carlisle for a non-conference matchup.
After a big West Central Conference win over Ogden on Friday the Trojans (7-12) have dropped the last two contests against Des Moines Christian and Van Meter. Teron Mount is playing some of his best ball of the season, as he has been in double figures in each of the last four games and leads the team with 11.7 points a night. Carlisle is 6-11 on the year but has won three of their last five games. The offense runs through Collin Lister, who averages 23.7 points a game.
The action gets underway at 7:45 p.m. this evening in Carlisle.
