What was supposed to be the sandwich game of three games in three days has turned into a normal Friday night contest between the Indianola girls and boys basketball teams and the Newton Cardinals tonight in a doubleheader. The Indians girls dispatched the Cardinals in a close game their first matchup 54-41 where the Indians struggled to put away the three-win Cardinals until the third quarter. The Indians boys ran away from the Cardinals 76-33 with Evan Gauger putting up 39 points.
