Victory Christian Academy is hosting their annual fundraising Hearts of Fire event Saturday, with a dinner, live auction, and a thank you to parents and sponsors. Administrator Dr. Sandra Dop tells KNIA News the kids put a lot of work into some auction items, which is always a big hit.

“Each class has a theme of baskets that they fill for the auction with things they have made, whether it be movie night, or night on the town, this year one class has the Hawkeyes and another has the Cyclones so we’ll have lots of fun baskets. But we also have quilts, and art that the kids have made to be auctioned off. The night is just a fun time.”

An RSVP is required to attend. For more information on the Hearts of Fire event, tune in to today’s Let’s Talk Indianola.
