Central College brightened the days of alumni and teachers supporting current students in the Pella and Pella Christian schools this week.

Janae Jenison with Central says they stopped at classrooms throughout the districts–in some cases with Central Mascot Big Red, to drop off a gift of appreciation to those staff members connected to college. Jenison, both a Pella High School and Central College alumna, believes the relationship between local schools remains strong through Central’s Teaching Academy program.

Big Red stopped into Jefferson School Friday, with other Central staff meeting educators in the community throughout the week.
