As has nearly every school in the state…the winter weather for the last month has wrecked havoc on sports schedules. Knoxville’s girls schedule has suffered and so has the team. Coach Jim Uitermarkt tells KNIA/KRLS Sports it seems like they have had extended breaks since mid-January. Uitermarkt says they will make the most of it and prepare for Wednesday’s regional opener. The Panthers finished the regular season with a record at 14-5.
