On “Moving Week” in the Division III Indoor Track and Field National Team Rating Index, the Central College men’s track and field slipped to No. 15.

Points in the National Team Rating Index are based off placement in the National Descending Order Lists. This week’s ranking is the first to only include marks from this season. The previous iterations also included scores from 2017-18, accounting for the movement throughout the rankings. Having set a new NCAA Division III record two weeks ago at the Wartburg Indoor Select, Will Daniels’s heptathlon score of 5,441 is No. 1 on the national qualifying list as he tries to defend his National Championship win from last spring.

Clocking in at 1:54.63 in the 800-meter run, Kyle Pape is No. 11 nationally. Central is one of four teams from the American Rivers Conference to crack the top-25. They are also ranked No. 7 in the Central Region. The Dutch are back in Waverly for the Wartburg Invitational this Saturday.
