Pella Christian will continue their playoff journey tonight in the Class 2A District 9 Finals.
The Eagles fly down to to Oskaloosa to take on Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont for the chance to qualify for the final 16 teams in Iowa. Pella Christian is 13-8 and sandblasted Albia 84-41, immediately before the 16-4 Rockets throttled conference foe Davis County 74-35 last Thursday night.
The Eagles will be keying on three Rockets in particular — Trey Moore, averaging 16.4 points per game and leads the team with 80 assists, Gabe Larkin, who averages 14.5 points and 10.5 rebounds per game, and Wyatt Klein, who averages 13.8 per game and has nabbed 53 steals.
