The Iowa Girls Coaches Association recently released its All-District teams and PCM’s Regan Freland was recognized.

The junior was one of ten players named to the Southwest Region team for class 3A. Freland finished second in scoring in the Heart of Iowa Conference averaging 15.6 points a night. She was first in the league in free throws made with 74 connecting on 76% of them and her 48 made threes ranks third in the conference. Freland also showed her versatility ranking first in steals with 65 and fourth in assists with 61.

The junior helped the Mustangs to a 9-12 record.
