The 7th annual Big Band Dance concert will be held this weekend at the Indianola Middle School, featuring the Indianola Middle School and High School Jazz Bands, and the Indianola Community Jazz Ensemble. Tickets cost $10 in advance, and can be picked up at Downey Tire, HyVee, and McCoy True Value Hardware, and cost $13 for a single and $25 for a couple at the door. Dancing is encouraged for those who attend, and refreshments will be served. The Big Band Dance begins at 7pm in the Blake Fieldhouse.
