Five Knoxville Girls basketball players earned either first, second, or honorable mention on the all-South Central Conference team this season. First team went to Katie Keitges and Maggie Wilkins. Keitges led the conference in scoring with a 23.4 points per game average and also led the S-C-C with 77 steals while Wilkins was second on the team in scoring with a 13.1 per game average. On the second team was Alex Griggs. The Panther senior became the third scorer on the team, someone who Coach Jim Uitermarkt tells KNIA/KRLS Sports after a slow start got going and became a very reliable player. She was second on the team in shooting at 40%. Earning honorable mention was Tara Uitermarkt and Kelsey Ryan. The Panthers finished the season 14-6 and went unbeaten in the South Central Conference.
