The Knoxville Public Library will offer a challenge to trivia fans, as they host their own Trivia Night in March.
This event will be held at the library on Thursday, March 28th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Teams of four to eight people are invited to sign up and take part in what’s promised to be an evening of fun competition.
Roslin Thompson from the Knoxville Public Library tells KNIA/KRLS News she and others with the library are working on questions which are challenging, but within range of the average contestant.
“We think there will probably be eight categories with six questions in each category; and we’re right now looking at the questions and trying to make them somewhat challenging, but not too challenging…somewhat easy, just a lot of fun for people to come to,” Thompson says.
A lot of bars or clubs hold their own trivia contests during the year; Thompson says she’s a trivia buff, but she and others aren’t always able to go to other such events. This led her to organize a competition right there at the library, open to anyone wishing to take part.
