After taking down Bethany Lutheran, the Simpson Storm men’s tennis team completed the sweep of their Minnesota trip by taking down Crown and Minnesota Morris in clean 9-0 sweeps. Against Crown, Zach Nelson at #1 singles, Brett Dewerff at #3 singles, and Karson Richardson at #6 singles all won 6-0, 6-0. In doubles play, the Storm only gave up three games in the three matches combined. The No. 2 doubles pair of AJ Jackson and Turnley, and No. 3 doubles duo of Dewerff and Peter Walkwitz both won 8-0. The efforts were much of the same against Minnesota Morris, as Nelson and Dewerff gave up one game during their 6-0, 6-1 wins in singles. The Storm will next see action at Midland University on March 22 in Nebraska.
