You cannot call them 305s anymore at the Knoxville Raceway. The sprint car division formally known as the 305 class will be known starting this season as the Pro Sprints presented by Pace Performance. The class will require the C-T 525 Chevrolet Performance engine package to be utilized by all competitors. According to the Knoxville Raceway, Pro Sprint feature events will also see a purse increase in 2019, paying $600 to win and $150 to start. There will also be three events that will see additional purse increases. The 66th Season at the Knoxville Raceway is scheduled to start April 13th.
