A few weeks into his first season as an Iowa Hawkeye, former Pleasantville baseball star Zeb Adreon is already emerging as one of the top bats in the Hawkeye lineup.

The junior transfer has posted a .364 batting average in 33 at-bats, which ranks second on the team. He has knocked in eight runs, collected three doubles, and has a .447 on base percentage to lead the squad.

Adreon has helped the Hawkeyes to a 7-4 start to the season.
