State Senator Ken Rozenboom met with local students at the Iowa Statehouse during the current legislative session.

Earlier this week, the Government class from Pella Christian High School came to observe the sub-committee hearing and had the chance to ask questions of Rozenboom about the legislative process. Also on Tuesday, Rozenboom says he had the highlight of the year, and he introduced Pella’s Tulip Queen Olivia Vander Leest and attendants Mary Kate Bandstra, Isabella Baugh, Camryn Huyser, and Emily Schreur to the Senate Chamber.
