An Eddyville man faces charges of third degree sexual abuse involving a minor, for incidents which reportedly occurred in Knoxville in December of 2017.

25-year-old Spencer Vancenbrock is charged in connection with two incidents involving the 15-year-old victim, once at the victim’s home on December 4, 2017 and once at the suspects home on December 10, 2017.

Knoxville Police say on both occasions, Vancenbrock provided alcohol to the victim to the point of intoxication.

He is also charged with three counts of supplying alcohol to persons under the legal age, involving two minors in December of 2017.
