The Simpson Storm baseball team lost their first game Tuesday, falling to New Jersey City 11-6. The Storm scored two runs in the top of the first, but that tally was matched by City, who rallied after the Storm tied the game at 5 in the top of the 5th inning to take a lead they would not look back from. Tom Kunzer was recorded with the loss after tossing two innings and allowing one run. After a day off tomorrow, Simpson will play Beloit on Thursday at 9am.
