
The Central College baseball team could only muster up five hits but it was enough to down Juniata College on Saturday 4-3.
Zach Edwards was stellar on the bump going seven strong innings striking out nine while giving up nine hits and one unearned run. Garrett Saunders had a pair of hits including a solo home run in the eighth that proved to be the difference.
Central improves to 6-1 and will resume play in Florida this morning against D’Youville College (N.Y.) and Knox College (Ill.).
