There is a new coach for Twin Cedars Boys Track and Field this spring. Trent Verwers takes over a program that has had success not only at the Bluegrass Conference level but also in the state level as well. Verwers tells KRLS Sports while he is a different personality than what they guys were used to last season, he says they are working hard and trying to get in shape for the season. The Sabers open up on March 28th at a meet at Belle Plaine.
